MaxPly is a privately-owned, family-operated comprehensive solutions provider and industrial player in wood solutions. We evolved from plywood trade to production—including building the factory—so we can apply production intelligence with rigorous quality control. We act as a wooden bridge between manufacturing power, international standards, and local European needs. Everything from one source. Think global, act local.
Maxply is a family-owned plywood company, founded in 2005 with practical experience at its core.
The business began in Bulgaria, where direct involvement in manufacturing shaped a hands-on understanding of materials, processes, and real production challenges.
From the early days, the focus was not on volume, but on doing things properly — selecting the right materials, maintaining consistent quality, and building reliable working relationships. As customer needs evolved, so did the company.
Production and sourcing activities expanded beyond Bulgaria, establishing strong operational connections in Ukraine and across the wider European and USA market.
Over time, Maxply developed from a manufacturing-based operation into a company that combines production knowledge, international trade, and logistics coordination. This background allows us to understand not only what a product is, but how it will be used, transported, and integrated into our customers' workflows.
Today, Maxply works with manufacturers, distributors, and contractors across Europe and North America. As a family-led business, we remain closely involved in daily operations, decision-making, and long-term planning. This structure allows us to act responsibly, communicate directly, and maintain consistency — even as the company grows.
Rather than following rapid expansion, Maxply has grown through continuity, technical understanding, and trust built over time. These principles continue to define how we work, how we choose partners, and how we support our customers.
