MaxPly EZ Form Plus is engineered from 100% Rubberwood (Hevea brasiliensis) with an enhanced multi-layer structure and 1.5 mm machine-dried veneers. Overlaid with PSF phenolic film (130–220 g/m²). Black edge coating. Density 670 kg/m³ ±3%. Bending strength ≥40/50 N/mm². MOE ≥4,500/5,500 N/mm². Abrasion ≥300 Rev. Up to 30 reuse cycles. Thicknesses 12–35 mm (9–25 plies). Panel sizes 1220×2440 and 1250×2500 mm. WBP Class 3 Exterior. E1/E0/CARB P2. FSC CoC, EUDR, CE EN13986+A1:2015.

EZ Form Plus is engineered from a 100% Rubberwood core with an enhanced multi-layer structure that delivers increased strength, stability, and long-term durability. Manufactured with 1.5 mm machine-dried veneers, the panel ensures precise thickness control and reliable mechanical properties throughout its service life.

An optimised ply configuration — such as 11 plies for 15 mm panels and 13 plies for 18 mm panels — allows EZ Form Plus to maintain stability across repeated casting operations, achieving up to 30 concrete pours when handled and maintained correctly.
