MaxPly PRO Form is a high-reliability formwork plywood engineered for consistent alignment and casting accuracy. Manufactured from mixed plantation hardwood veneers with a cross-grain core and full-sheet long-grain underlay. PSF film 130–220 g/m². Grey edge coating. Density 670 kg/m³ ±3%. Bending strength ≥40/50 N/mm². MOE ≥4,000/5,000 N/mm². Abrasion ≥300 Rev. Up to 35 reuse cycles. Thicknesses 9–35 mm (5–23 plies). Panel sizes 1220×2440 and 1250×2500 mm. WBP Class 3 Exterior. E1/E0/CARB P2 emission.

Product Overview

PRO Form is a high-reliability formwork plywood designed to deliver consistent alignment and casting accuracy in exposed concrete applications. The panel is produced using mixed plantation hardwood veneers, combined with a cross-grain core structure and an additional full-sheet underlay veneer to improve surface flatness.

This construction minimises surface distortion and ripple formation, ensuring clean and uniform concrete finishes. The use of phenolic WBP adhesive allows the panel to perform reliably in demanding site conditions throughout its service life of up to 35 pours.
