TOP Form — Premium HDO Formwork Plywood by MaxPly

MaxPly TOP Form is a premium HDO film faced plywood manufactured from 100% Rubberwood (Hevea brasiliensis). The High Density Overlay of ≥400 g/m² on the face significantly reduces surface rippling and imprinting, delivering exceptionally smooth exposed concrete finishes. PSF 130 g/m² on the reverse. Abrasion resistance 2000 Rev. Density 670 kg/m³ ±3%. Bending strength ≥40/50 N/mm². MOE ≥4,000/6,000 N/mm². Up to 50 reuse cycles. Thicknesses 9–35 mm, panel size 1250×2500 mm. WBP Class 3 Exterior bonding. E1 emission. FSC CoC, EUDR, CE EN13986+A1:2015.

Product Overview

TOP Form represents the premium segment of film faced plywood, developed for projects that demand exceptionally smooth concrete surfaces and extended service life. Manufactured from 100% Rubberwood veneers, the panel features a high-density overlay (HDO) that significantly reduces surface rippling and imprinting during concrete casting.

With a dark brown HDO film (≥400 gsm) on one face and a phenolic smooth film (130 g/m²) on the reverse, TOP Form provides superior abrasion resistance and outstanding load-bearing performance. Enhanced Class 3 (WBP) bonding ensures durability in exterior and high-moisture conditions.

Designed for heavy-duty construction, TOP Form delivers up to 50 reuses, making it an ideal solution for premium architectural concrete and high-cycle formwork systems where surface quality cannot be compromised.
