Wire Mesh / Anti-Slip Plywood

TWIN Wire Mesh
Anti-Slip Plywood

TWIN combines a Pine core with two distinct faces: smooth phenolic film on one side and anti-slip mesh or hexagonal film on the other. The result is a strong, dimensionally stable panel engineered specifically for flooring and trailer applications where both grip and structural performance matter.

TWIN Wire Mesh Anti-Slip Plywood — MaxPly

MaxPly TWIN Wire Mesh / Anti-Slip Plywood features a Pine core with Poplar cross-bands, a smooth phenolic film face on one side, and an anti-slip mesh or hexagonal film face on the other. The dual-surface construction delivers both structural stability and reliable slip resistance. Poplar cross-bands improve panel strength while the anti-slip film enhances surface resistance. Available in 1250×2500 mm and 2440×1220 mm panel sizes. Primary applications include flooring and trailer decking where a grippy working surface and stable installation face are both required. Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CE EN13986, EUDR, and available with FSC Chain of Custody.

Product Overview

TWIN Wire Mesh / Anti-Slip Plywood is built on a Pine core reinforced with Poplar cross-bands, combining the structural benefits of both species. One face is finished with a smooth phenolic film, while the other carries a durable anti-slip film in either a wire mesh or hexagonal pattern — giving each panel a clearly defined installation side and working surface.

The Poplar cross-bands contribute to improved panel strength and dimensional stability, while the anti-slip film surface enhances resistance to wear and slip in active flooring environments. Together, these elements create a plywood that is both strong and stable — engineered specifically for applications where consistent performance on both faces is needed.

The dual-surface design makes TWIN particularly well-suited to trailer and vehicle flooring, where the smooth underside provides a clean interface with the vehicle structure and the textured top face ensures safe footing for personnel and cargo.

Applications

TWIN Wire Mesh Plywood is a specialist flooring panel designed around the practical requirements of transport and industrial environments. Its dual-surface format makes it immediately functional — no additional surface treatment needed on either face.

Trailer & Vehicle Flooring

The smooth underface bonds cleanly to trailer structures while the anti-slip top surface provides reliable grip for cargo and personnel — making TWIN the natural choice for trailer decking.

Industrial & Commercial Flooring

Factory floors, warehouse platforms, and loading bays where a non-slip working surface and stable underlay are required simultaneously.

Container & Logistics

Container flooring and loading deck applications where the dual-surface format reduces installation steps and ensures consistent performance from day one.

General Anti-Slip Flooring

Any application demanding a slip-resistant surface backed by a structurally reliable, exterior-grade plywood panel.
